Jennifer Karsner called to see if we could set up an appointment regarding this "Staff Appreciation Event." Therefore, I hesitantly set up a meeting. Well when she presented this fabulous program, I could not believe it - I thought this was all way too good to be true and you know when it seems that way it usually is. Well, not this time. We chatted for almost an hour. She said she would take care of everything, and I would have to do nothing. Who could turn this down? She truly delivered everything she promised. Our employees were thrilled.
